Carolyn Crotty, ATR, LCMHC, RYT

Art Therapist in Vermont and Massachusetts

Welcome! I’m Carolyn Crotty, an art therapist, licensed mental health counselor and register yoga teacher based in beautiful Vermont. I specialize in helping individuals gain a deeper sense of self as they navigate transitions, overcome anxiety, and embrace the unknown, so they can step confidently into new seasons of life with hope and joy.

I am in love with the human experience and the core challenges we have all faced for centuries--

a quest for meaning and purpose and a desire for love and connection.

With nearly 15 years of experience, I love helping people tap into their inner wisdom and intuition through offering warmth and humor and the safe and nurturing space for you to be your authentic self and feel great about it.

My approach integrates creative expression (including opportunities to draw, paint and write) with mindfulness and traditional talk therapy to empower you to express yourself and discover new perspectives and deeper insights about your life experiences.

Whether you’re facing a significant life change or simply seeking personal growth, I’m here to guide you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
