Overcome anxiety and overwhelm through art therapy.

Life doesn’t look the way you expected it to.

You long for a clear mind and carefree mood. You remember a version of yourself that had dreams and passions. You’ve achieved a lot of what you set out for but couldn’t possibly have accounted for the twists and turns and frightening unknowns these modern times have thrown at you.

You feel overwhelmed and unsure of which path to take next so you’ve found yourself feeling stuck …paralyzed and floating along at the mercy of where life might take you next. Suddenly life feels more about trying to keep your head above water and less about enjoying the ride.

You’re tired of feeling directionless and scared. You’re ready to feel alive with hope and possibility.

Art Therapy can help.

You don’t have to move through life’s unknowns alone.

Hi, I’m Carolyn and I am so glad you are here. I help people connect with their inner strength to rise above anxiety and old patterns that get in the way of decision making by providing a safe space for self-expression and self-exploration.

Sometimes words get in the way and muddy our sense of truth. Art therapy can help you tap into the wisdom within you by clearing the noise of “should” and “what if” and “if only” to get to the core of what you know you really need and want.

People come away from sessions with me with a deeper knowledge of who they are, how their brain-body connection works and how to live a life of ease even when life throws a curveball and doesn’t go as planned.

Two women seated at a table engaged in arts and crafts, with markers, glue, and decorative items on the table. They are focused on creating artwork, with one drawing and the other adding details to a piece of paper. The table is cluttered with art supplies and a painted plate with various colors. The setting appears to be a cozy indoor space decorated with string lights.
