Overcome anxiety and uncertainty through art therapy.
Life doesn’t look the way you expected it to.
You are a planner. You had your adulthood laid out in your mind—the right schools, the meaningful degree, a job you can feel proud of, the perfect partner, the cozy home, a life brimming with success and happiness…but you didn’t account for the twists, turns and frightening unknowns that life has thrown at you.
You feel overwhelmed and unsure of which path to take next so you’ve found yourself feeling stuck …paralyzed, just floating along at the mercy of where life will take you next.
You’re tired of feeling directionless and scared. You’re ready to feel alive with hope and possibility.
Art Therapy can help.
You don’t have to move through life’s unknowns alone.
Hi, I’m Carolyn and I am so glad you are here. I help people connect with their inner strength to rise above old patterns and the generational trauma that gets in the way of decision making by providing a safe space for self-expression and self-exploration.
Sometimes words get in the way and muddy our sense of truth. Art therapy can help you tap into the wisdom within you by clearing the noise of “should” and “what if” and “if only” to get to the core of what you know you really need and want.
People come away from sessions with me with a deeper knowledge of who they are, how their brain-body connection works and how to live a life of ease even when life throws a curveball and doesn’t go as planned.
