Carolyn Crotty, MA, ATR, LCMHC, RYT

Carolyn received her degree in art therapy and mental health counseling from Lesley University in 2010 and her certificate in yoga teaching in 2016. She is a licensed mental health counselor in the states of Massachusetts and Vermont and has provided individual therapy to adults, college students, teens and preteens through Whirled Tree Arts and group and community art experiences in partnership with local organizations and schools since 2014.

Carolyn has taught courses at Castleton University and the Community College of Vermont on trauma, social-emotional learning and integrating wellness practices into the classroom. She has also led educational and experiential art therapy workshops for a number of non-profit organizations throughout Vermont. In addition to her clinical and educational work, Carolyn offers individual and group supervision to clinicians interested in exploring how to effectively integrate creative expression into their therapy practice.
